➤ Pet fee: There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. ➤ Shared Spaces: Upon arrival use the door on the rear patio up the stairs, your unit # will be displayed and use the code provided. You will have access to the hallway and front door. Please be mindful of other guests staying as well. ➤ VERY IMPORTANT: If you go out the front door, please make sure not to lock the door, as key access will not be allowed. ➤ Our home is equipped with a keyless entry (keypad). Guests won't need to meet for a key and will receive check in instructions with their personal access code. Also, after every guest checks out, the home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a COVID-19 disinfectant throughout every part of the home to ensure the safety of all of our guests. ➤ REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs, or amenities. Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently.
