There are NO connecting doors. However the laundry area in the garage and the backyard is shared with the other unit, and you might hear people moving around upstairs or see them in the driveway. ➤ Events are subject for approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $150 and those with large productions start at 300. ➤There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ➤ This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and security cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. ➤LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date.Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM. If you need a later checkout, make sure you ask the night before you leave. We won't be able to accommodate any late checkout requests the morning of your departure. ➤ Please park entirely on the LEFT side of the driveway. The right side is reserved for upstairs guests. Please note that parking anywhere outside of those that are mentioned will be considered a house-rule violation. ➤ There is a unit being rented out separately, please be mindful of the guests downstairs and keep the noise level low. ➤ Any additional guests past the number you booked for will need to be cleared with us before their arrival. We do allow visitors with permission, but if they’re unauthorized we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge. ➤ Packages or mail deliveries are only allowed for long-term stays (15 nights or more). However, in case of a lost item, we wouldn't be responsible or liable for any damages. ➤ We thoroughly clean every listing but cannot always control if smoke or other odors get into the unit from outside. As such, unwanted smells are not grounds for a refund under any circumstance. We will provide an ozone machine upon request within 24 hours for odor removal. ➤ This listing is sprayed regularly for pests…if you see a dead bug, that means pest control is working! Since we do live in the South, and no matter how many times we treat, it's impossible to keep every single bug out.
