We provide citronella candles and quarterly pest control to help deter these insects, but please take note that this is literally beyond hosts' control. ➤ Security features: This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. ➤ Pet fee: There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. - Early check ins are allowed on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability on your arrival day - please contact me the day of your arrival to inquire about availability. - Bookings made on the same day as check-in will have a guaranteed check-in of 7:00 pm. Earlier check-ins may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. - Bookings made with a check-in date less than 24 hours in advance must pay a $300 security deposit in advance before being allowed to check in. - No food in the bedrooms - Unauthorized late checkouts will be fined $100 for every hour or partial hour that guests remain at the property past the agreed upon checkout time - Registered guests only (this means you may not have daytime visitors unless you added them to your guest count or tell us about them in advance). Unauthorized guests will be subject to a fee of $100 per guest, per night. - If you need to leave your stay early for ANY reason, please note that you will not receive ANY additional refund past the standard cancellation policy unless you actually cancel your reservation to free up the calendar for other people to book. - No Smoking or vaping. Smoking of any kind will be fined $200. - All guests must be at least 25 years of age OR pre-approved with us before booking.

This was our very first time using Air BNB . It was a great experience,. Lauren communicated in a way that was easy to understand. She made us feel welcomed. Our trip to Atlanta was not for pleasure. A member of our family had become extremely ill and we had to go at short notice. Lauren was very kind to work us into her booking schedule and we would recommend Lauren to anyone going to Atlanta. Her location is so close to public transportation that you don't need a vehicle. Also Uber and Lyft are rapid response there. Thanks to Laurne we had the best experience one could hope for. We look forward to staying with her again.
