We hope you enjoy the Hollywood glam-inspired space - we put so much love into designing it! In addition to the two king-size bedrooms (each with its own closet), you have a separate office with a closing door and lots of room to work if you need. There is a 55” TV in the living room, a comfortable sitting area, a small dining room, and an open kitchen with a large pantry.

While this is a downstairs apartment, it's really just a regular duplex home. It is totally separate from the upstairs unit, and a private house in its own right. You not only have your own door but there is no connection between the two units internally. Events are subject for approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $200 and those with large productions start at $600. ☆☆SAME-DAY BOOKINGS☆☆ Typically, we can accommodate a standard 4pm check-in time for same-day bookings. However, please be aware that due to the last-minute nature of your reservation, there may be instances where we cannot guarantee check-in before 7pm. If you desire an earlier arrival time, kindly inform us ASAP, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request. ☆☆STARTER SUPPLIES☆☆ In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few other basic items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival.
