- Please check out on time! Per Airbnb's terms of service, we can and will charge double the nightly rate for unauthorized late checkouts. If you need a later checkout, make sure you ask the night before you leave. We won't be able to accommodate any late checkout requests the morning of your departure. - SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED in the home. You may smoke on the landing, but if we find any evidence of smoking inside we will have to charge you the $200 smoking fee. - Any additional guests past the number you booked for will need to be cleared with us before their arrival. We do allow visitors with permission, but if they’re unauthorized we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge. - We thoroughly clean every listing but cannot always control if smoke or other odors get into the unit from outside. As such, unwanted smells are not grounds for a refund under any circumstance. We will provide an ozone machine upon request within 24 hours for odor removal.

Thank you to our hosts for wonderful stay. This is definitely a good option for extended stays near Graham. The unit was very clean, with comfortable beds, plenty of parking space and nicely decorated. Hosts were very responsive to questions. The location is close to the highway and all the options on the square including restaurants and microbreweries.
