Please let me know if ever my cleaner missed something important and allow me to fix the issue. ➤ This is a DUPLEX! There is a fully separate studio unit below rented out separately. Please note that this is is a private space with a private entrance not shared with the basement unit. ➤ Events are subject to approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $400 and those with large productions start at $1000. ➤ Please be advised that there may be noise from other tenants/guests from the other unit. We cannot control the actions of other individuals and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. ➤ There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ➤ Bathroom/Toilet - Flushable wipes are not compatible with the plumbing in this home. Please use the provided trash cans to dispose of “flushable wipes”. If the plumber has to be called to remedy blockage due to “flushable wipes” you will be billed for the service call. ☆☆SAME-DAY BOOKINGS☆☆ Typically, we can accommodate a standard 4pm check-in time for same-day bookings. However, please be aware that due to the last-minute nature of your reservation, there may be instances where we cannot guarantee check-in before 7pm.
