This house was everything we wanted it to be. The hot tub was great, the fire pit area was gorgeous. It accommodated 6 people very well and allowed us to celebrate 2 birthdays perfectly. This time of year the pollen count must be high as everything was covered in yellow pollen. If you have seasonal allergies be prepared to bring some medicine. Access to the backyard is limited as the only entrance to the backyard is down I think 20 stairs and around the way and luckily the weather was accommodating as I could not imagine that long of a walk coming from the hot tub if it was cold outside. Just a FYI for those wanting to utilize the grill as the renter you are responsible for filling the propane tanks if you want to use them. Both the grill and the fire pit are gas. We didn’t figure this out till we tried to cook dinner late one night. Be sure to check how full they are the first night. Lauren was very responsive and an attentive host. We definitely recommend this stay to others!

Lauren was a great host. We live about 10 minutes from the Airbnb. We are doing a bathroom renovation and had a pipe bust that required some additional drywall repair so we needed a place quickly. We booked the home unexpectedly at 12 and the house was ready for us by 4:30. Lauren was very helpful and responsive during the whole process, to the point we ended staying an extra night. The house itself is clean with everything needed to make a stay easy. What truly sets the home apart is the outdoor area. The weather was great so it made the outdoor space even more enjoyable. There are few neighborhood dogs that seemed to always bark at inappropriate times. It would be nice if the bedrooms had room darkening curtains on them. However the comfortable beds made up for the light in the rooms! Overall the house was great.
