This is the upstairs of a single home that has been converted into 2 living spaces. The unit downstairs is also being rented. There are NO connecting doors. However the laundry area in the garage is shared with the other unit, and you might hear people moving around below or see them in the driveway. Events are subject for approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $400 and those with large productions start at 1000. Disclaimer: Please note that this is a duplex property. There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit.
